Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using RoadBear, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using RoadBear on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. The service

RoadBear provides a hosted product feedback and roadmap tool. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we aim to keep the service simple and dependable.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use RoadBear to break the law, infringe others' rights, or post unlawful, harmful, or spam content.

Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, other workspaces, or other users' data.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans and billing

RoadBear offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; downgrading disables paid-only features but keeps your data.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in RoadBear. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for the content posted to your boards.

7. Availability

We work to keep RoadBear available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Termination

You may stop using RoadBear and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. On termination, your right to use the service ends and associated data may be deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadBear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and laws evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
